CCM upgrade 4.1.3 to 7.1.3

Aftter running the DMA on the 4.1.3 publisher, its not allowing to start the CTI manager sevice.. get the below error,

"could not start th cisco CTI manager service on local computer"

Any one know what will be the issue..

Hi

Do you mean the CTI service on the 4.1(3) server won't start?

If so, check the System/App Event logs for events raised when you try to start it.
