We have an odd problem with our Rolm 9751 to PIMG to Unity Connections. It's likely a Rolm issue, but hopefully others have seen this.
Calls from a Rolm 9751 extension to another Rolm 9751 extension which is busy fails to send the called number to the PIMG, thus Unity can't direct the call to the right mailbox. Caller ends up at the generic prompt to enter the extension of the person whom they'd like to leave a message.
Calls from a Rolm extension to another Rolm extensions in a Ring No Answer is handled correctly - the called number is moved to the PIMG than to Unity connections where it's picked up by the right mailbox.
Calls from Outside lines and, on our campus, VOIP phones to Rolm extensions are handled properly both Ring no answer and busy.
Any Rolm 9751 experts out there? We also have a call into Siemens TAC...there's still a Siemen's Tac right?
