I have agents that are getting this message or getting busy signals.

Any suggestions?

It turned out to be the Telco Local Lec at the

far end with the Predictive dialer is. After extensive tests

on all our equipment that was discovered. It is now working.

The symptoms were called would go out of being nailed and

they would busy out. Sorry I coudn't provide more information

at the time. It became very busy but it has been resolved for now.

I do have another question though. We would like to implement

Extension mobility. We are running CCM 7.2(4) and some other sites

are on different versions of CCM. How would I begin this project?
