Hello ,

I need to monitor a remote span vlan and a local vlan to the same local interface  on  a 6509  switch .

When i have used monitor session source command , i  could not

add them both .

I also could not do it with two monitor sessions (  one for remote span vlan and one for the other local vlan )

to the same destination interface .

How can I do it  ?

You could try this, but I don't know whether it works.  I know the switch allows it, but I didn't have a look at the output to check it.

monitor session 1 source remote vlan 40

monitor session 1 destination interface F6/12

monitor session 2 source interface F6/11

monitor session 2 destination remote vlan 40

I reckon interface F6/12 should show the traffic on the RSPAN VLAN, plus interface F6/11.
