ACS 1113 SE authentication problem

Hi,

I have ACS SE 1113 running v4.2.0(124) patch 15 which is the latest.


The problem is that authentication is not working at all, i checked the service which is up and also tried to reboot and to shutdown many times.

The weird thing is that devices configured for command authorization and accounting are being logged to ACS when users logs in locally to the device.

So briefly, authentication not working, authorization and accounting are working.

Please advise asap

HI,

This can be a DB corruption. I suggest to open a new SR with TAC so we can take a look to it.
