Outbound Dialer & CRM

In outbound dialer can we use DB/Database or CRM  to import contacts for dialing instead of uploading numbers in import file ?

Hi

One thing you can do from your CRM Side that is , your CRM will through file at your FTP site( from where outbound dialer import files  ). You dont need to upload numbers manually.

you have to make  a schedule at CRM and make some programming to through those particular numbers at your FTP with currect  out bound import format. Import rule will import those number at dialer.

I thik it will work.
