When I log off from my extension and log back in all my history is gone.What can be the reason for this.Also please let me know how to configure corporate directory on CCM5

The call history on EM is an known issue (limitation). It's fixed on later version. (like 7.1.3).
For coporate directory, not sure if you meant LDAP. If yes, please see:
