We are taking a stab at using RDNIS to supply us with voicemail service during SRST outages in our remote offices.  We now see in our debugs that the three call legs are being sent from our new voice carrier.  We have the calling number, the called party number and the redirecting number.  pls see below:

Calling Party Number i = 0x2183, '9173267515'

                Plan:ISDN, Type:National

        Called Party Number i = 0x80, '2935'

                Plan:Unknown, Type:Unknown

        Redirecting Number i = 0x00008F, '4555'

However, we are still not making it to the correct unity greetings.  We have our gateway set up with the dialog and we have our settings at both ends gateway settings in call manager checked off to preserve the "redirecting number IE- outbound" and redirecting number IE- inbound" checked off but when we test we wind up at our directory handler??

Any advice or insight would be great here.

Many thanks!

You are on the right track!

Do you have Unity or Unity Connection?

Is this debug from the SRST Site or the Unity Site? Really need both.

Does 4555 exist as an extension in Unity?

Best option is to run Call Viewer or Port Monitor in Unity to see what Unity is actually recieving as the Forwarding number.
