Cannot confernece on IP Communicator???

We are running UCM Business Edition 7.1 and IP Communicator 7.0.3.3.

If I am on the IP Communicator talking to someone and need to conference in another person, I hit conference, dial that person, that person answers, then when I hit conference again to join everyone, I then get a fast busy and loose both callers.

Any ideas?

Its probably not just IPC, have you tried your desk phones also? (79XX). Also, is this with a PSTN call, or just internal calls?

Sounds like a codec issue if it happens when you press conference for 2nd time, make sure you use g711
