I have a user who is configured as a Supervisor in CRS administration.
Her password has been updated in CCM Global Directory user information.
The computer was recently re-imaged and the Supervisor Desktop was installed, she cannot login as before.
Nothing looks out of place but she cannot login

What version of UCCX? I'm guessing 5.0 or below. In which case have her try her username as the password
Additionally, if you are using version 5.x or below you can reset it via the Cisco Desktop Administrator utility.
Reason being, UCCX 7 and above authenticate against UCM for supervisor passwords, prior versions didn't.
