Hi,
I had a look at the config and am abit confused. You don't seem to have any local breakout, could you explain in more detail how calls should come in and go out of the Callmanager or is it Callmanager Express?
cheers
Mark

This is call manager Express, all outbound calls will use the following dial-peer
dial-peer voice 200 voip
corlist outgoing no-restriction
description CalPri
max-conn 8
destination-pattern .T
session target ipv4:10.x.x.x
dtmf-relay cisco-rtp
playout-delay nominal 250
playout-delay mode fixed
fax rate 7200
ip qos dscp cs5 media
no vad
!
Thanks

Hello Jean,
Could you tell me what the session target ipv4:10.x.x.x is?
02-26-2010 12:54 PM
It is the IP address of our PRI wich is connected to the PSTN!! There is full IP connectivity between remote CME router and the PRI router; therefore, the session target of the outbound interface is NOT THE ISSUE.
Thank you for your help,
Jean Paul En.

Ok,
Yes I didn't think it was the issue, just trying to get a picture of your topology. So you are sending everything from the CME to an egress gateway.
This adds another layer here, could you get a copy of the config on that gateway? As well as verify those PRI's are up and debug voice cc inout from the CME?
Thanks,
Jay

The PRI configuration is fine as well as well as we have other remote conntected to the same with no issue. And the remote that we are hing issue with was working up to last Sunday. We have taken the config of the remote, changed the IP at both side(PRI and test router), added it to a test router in our HQ. Everything works fine. This test told us that the remote router is faulty, but how come it still receive calls?
Thanks,
