Hello,msasikumar.

First,i don't why ur TFTP server address is 255.255.255.255,

then you should confirm:

Is the TFTP server up and running(Can you ping the TFTP server address from the router while running the current IOS successful )?

Is the file in the root directory of the TFTP server?
Is the filename spelled exactly correct ?
Is there enough RAM in the router to support the c3845-advipservicesk9-mz.124-24.T1.bin image?

Best regards!

Instead of writing "boos system flash ", you wrote "boot system ", consequently router is trying to boot from TFTP.

Just make sure the image you want is the only one in flash and remove any boot statement.
