7970 keeps rebooting (SIP 8.0.4SR3AS)

I have a 7970 that keeps rebooting every 3h15m for no real apparent reason.  Is there any logging I can check to see if it's the phone, the software, or perhaps it's losing PoE?  I'm not using Call Manager.

Have you added the phone as 7975 or 7970?

Check the switchport settings at the switch and on the IP Phone as well.  If you have mismatched port settings, the phone will try to negotiate between the switch and the phone, try to reset the port (POE).

Also try to go through a factory reset for the IP Phone.
