In our "Unified Contact Center Express Administration - 7.0(1)_Build168" installation, it is possible to install the program "Cisco Unified CCX-historic reporter" so we can make different statistic in the contact center.
Is the same statistic reporting possible in our "Cisco Unified CM Administration - System version 220.127.116.1100-2" installation?
- And not just on calls and users in the contact center installation, but on all users, phones and numbers?
If so, what program can I use to perform this statistic collection?
On the CUCM side of the house this is called CDR (Call Detail Reporting).
