Hi Glandston,

If is not listed we cannot guarantee it will work, basically if its not listed means that we havent tested in our lab

We have a history of cases where customers are using not supported Displays and may work, but in case it fails (like flickering image or no image) we cannot provide support.

The settings on the DIsplay itself is what actually matters, for remote presentations the CTS AUX output frequency for remote presentations, i.e. ~ 49 Hz.

when a presentation codec is in the set-up, the displays function properly as the AUX output in that case is 60 Hz. In summary try to get supported Displays or engage your Cisco AM team in case theres a bussiness case and you require support for non-listed Displays.

Thanks

The new list of supported monitors, depending on code, is below.  Do these monitors go into standby mode like the lcd 110 pro does on the 3x10 models most of the times, when it is not needed ( no presentation being presented)?

Does anyone know where I can find the latest list of compatible LCD monitors?

Thanks

I assume we are talking about compatibility with the C Series codes (C90/60/40/20)....

I recently connected a Sharp Aquos LC46LES540U to a C20 running TC6 software

Image was OK, but we had to resolve two problems

#1 - Power management was not working (would not go to standby when the C20 went in to standby

- I enabled CEC mode under the HDMI1 output on the C20

- I enabled Aquos Link (Their name for CEC) on the Sharp LCD

- Power cycled the TV and power management worked

     - If C20 and LCD are in standby and an incoming call arrives... C20 wakes the LCD

     - When C20 goes into standby, it also sends the LCD into standby

#2 - Echo was heard by the far end when talking to the C20

- We tried to put the LCD in a low latency mode like "Game" and that did not work

- On the C20 we changed the EcReferenceDelay to 120  (0 to 300 is the range)

- This seemed to allow the Echo Canceller to work correctly

I guess my comment is that its more than just getting an image to appear

Robert,

At least for CTS, I believe this is or is close to the last LCD compatibility chart we published. We stopped putting out a hard list of displays in 1.8 and replaced it with this statement regarding features we desire/require in an LCD:
