Hi,
Are the needed VLANs configured on both switches?
Can you post your configs?
Can you post the output of "show interface interface-name (fe.Gi0/1) trunk" of both switches?
Can you post "show spanning-tree"?

What about the output of "show vlan" on both switches?

On Old switch its showing 8 VLANs but in new switch only default VLANs are showing.

What is your problem actually?
You have configured VLANs on a switch, now you want another switch to learn these VLANs and allow these VLANs between these 2 switches?
Please describe your problem clearly.

Hi,
Have you tried specifying a VTP domain, you may well need this for VTP to work I have never tested.
Thanks

Specify the VTP domain on the VTP server and as long as no VTP password is set the clients should change automatically.

let's suppose swA the old switch and swB the new one
first, make sure swB's VTP configuration does not overwrite swA's config. You can, e.g., put swB in Transparent mode (configuration register is reset to 0), delete vlan.dat, set vtp mode to Client, connect it to swA, configure correct vtp domain name (and password if any).
If you connect swB to swA without these measures, you may end up with VLANs configuration on swA being overwritten by the VLAN configuration on swB.

How do you expect the VLANs to propagate from the VTP Server to the VTP client if the following are missing:
1. VTP Domain name; and
2. VTP password.
If you don't have any values in any of them, VTP propagation won't work.
