Solved: CSCtb00574 bug fix available yet?

This seems to be a pretty severe IPM bug in LMS 3.2. The bug notes says "release-pending". I'm wondering if that's lagging behind reality.

This is my bug, and as such I have written a patch. If you contact the TAC, have your engineer contact me directly, and I can provide you the patch. This bug will be officially fixed in LMS 4.0 due out this summer.
