Unity Express Email Message Phone Number Format

We are using the message notification on the unity express sytem.  When the email is generated it lists the phone number with as 91NXXNXXXXXX.  I would like to make it stop prepending the 91 at the beginning of the message.

Does anyone know what controls the message format?

Can we see a copy of your configuration? and the CUE configuration too? Remember to remove sensitive information such as passwords and private phone numbers.

I figured out what was going on. It looks like someone created a translation profile for incoming calls to appened a 9 so that you could directly dial back from the missed calls on your phone.

Hi,

I read about this feature but was not able to implement this and gave up..

If posible I would like to know how did you enable this and what the end user receive when he/she receives a new message and how does he/she access the message and status of MWI?
