NO incoming calls from one specific region

Hi,

I've got a problem with my brand new UC520. It's a great system, evreything works fine, except of one big issue!

A few customers of one specific region couldn't give us a call.

-They'll get the busy line sound, if they dial our telefone number without any extension (xxx xxx-xxxx)

-They'll get the busy line sound, if they dial our telefone number + 0 (xxx xxx-xxxx-0)

-They can give us a call, if they dial our telefone number + correct extension (xxx xxx-xxxx-22)

This happen's ONLY to incoming calls from one specific region! I have no clue, what's the problem.

All other clients can reach us, without any problems!!!

This is a big problem for us, because we absolutly do not like incoming calls forwarded directly to their extension.

Since you are in Austria, I am assuming this is a BRI connection? If so, can you provide a "debug isdn q931" for a bad call and one for a good call?
