Hi,
Do you guys know if I can monitor the health of the VPN connections terminating on the ASA using SNMP?
I have seen the Cisco Security Manager and other tools, but I need to know if I can really get this information from SNMP, and if so how?
Thank you!
Federico.

Yes ASA supports SNMP traps for VPN monitoring
following SNMP traps you can enable on your ASA
asa(config)# snmp-server enable traps ipsec start stop
asa(config)# snmp-server enable traps remote-access session threshold-exceeded
Also I found following discussion here on the forum

Hope that helps rate if it does
