Wireless authentication with ACS 4.2 problems with character "ñ"

I used to have an ACS 3.3.1 for wireless authentication with PEAP MSCHAPv2, a user has his loging name with an "ñ" as the last letter.

After the upgrade to ACS 4.2, the user can not log anymore to the wireless, is the only user with the problems, the rest of the user are working OK.

Any idea?

Maybe it was a change to 4.x train or not.... what username is showing up on the failed attemps log... curious if the "ñ" is showing up or not.
