Call handler unable to transfer call - Unity 5

Hi,


I have installed Cisco Unity 5 and integrated with Call Manager 6. Now Voice mail and MWI is working fine. I am facing issue with Call Handler. I have configured call handler in below:


Configured CTI Port - 1111 nad forwarded to First port VM port Dn 7500.


Now I dialed 1111 from one ip phone and dialed one extension Number 2010 during the Prompt. But I giving extension not available pls leave your message.


Could you please let me which I have missed out. Also I will appreciate if you provide me any doc to follow.
