MARS monitoring via SNMP

Hi,

I have a MARS box (110R) and I would like to monitor the appliance itself with our HP OpenView using SNMP.

Is it possible to do that? All I found in the documentation was how to forward events that fired a rule, but not how to send traps to a SNMP server. And is it possible to poll datas from the box?

Okay, so apparently I should have search before asking: https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/3009133#3009133 as this does not look possible.

How are you guys monitoring the box then?

Hi,

I am sorry but the project I had the issue on was stopped shortly after I created this thread. I don't think there is a solution (at least there was not at the time, with version 6.0.5) to snmp monitor the MARS appliance...
