Can you do the following checks

1.Ping the switch IP address from you laptop in which TFTP is running.

2.check the tftp root directory once again, and the check the file name of the IOS.

3.Finally check weather TFTP server is running properly in your laptop.

Hi,

The IOS(c3500xl-c3h2s-mz.120-5.wc15.bin) you want to upgrade it is already present in the flash.

Currently there is no free space is available to upgrade.Moreover if you want to upgrade you have to delete some unncessary files , the try to upload the IOS.

Oh..sorry for the mistake.

Mahesh : try to delete the unwanted fiels in your flash.before that check the IOS version runnning in your switch.

Make the free space and try to upgrade . it should work .

You only get "O" when either the link is slow or there's not enough flash space because something else is there.

You need to delete the following files:

c3500XL-c3h2s-mz-120.5.2-XU.bin
c3500xl-c3h2s-mz.120-5.wc15.bin
