Hi,

i have 2 questions about the UC 520.

1. Is it possible to adjust the UC, that takes up the forwarding to the voicemail box for external calls only and not for internal calls?

2. The telephone number display ist wrong. Outgoing calls display the number without the extension. But ist should be display with extension.

For your first question, there is no way to do this. Call Forward No Answer or Call forward busy do not discern between external/internal calls. You could have external calls ring a different line button on the phone and have your call forward settings there.


We display up to 15 individual Caller ID's for outbound calls. How are you configuring this in CCA?
