unity connection voice mailbox full issue

Hi ,

  We are using cisco unity connection voice mail system 7.0 . One of the user getting voice mail box full error.I have deleted his messages through IP phone.But still getting the same error.we dont have cisco PCA unity inbox also.

Can anybody suggest to delete the user messages from cisco unity connection administration .

I have this problem too.

Hi Ajay,

Did you delete all the Messages from the "Deleted items" folder via

the TUI. They may be sitting in there taking up the Mailbox storage

quota space.

    Can you please provide from where i need to access TUI deleted items folder.because what i have the option of deleting the messages through IP phones only.
