I am trying to set up my CME/CUE system so I can transfer a caller directly to a user's voicemail. At the moment it goes to busy. I am using CME 7.0(0), CUE 7.0 and an IOS of 12.4(20)t4. Voicemail works and calls forward on no answer or busy just fine.
I have created an e.164 number in CUE that is a 1 plus their regular extension. They have 4 digit extensions. This plan doesn't overlap with anything else. 7377 is the voicemail pilot. I have created an ephone-dn that has a number of 1.... and does "call-forward all 7377".
I am posting an abbreviated version of what I think are the important configurations. I'm assuming it's something simple, but I've been through a dozen posts and can't see where I went wrong.

Hi Refram,
Just to add a note to the great tips from Mark (+5 Mark)
The steps required are nicely detailed in this good Tech Note;
Transfer a Caller Directly into a Unity Express Mailbox
Hope this helps!
