Sometimes i need to upgrade IOs Software on cisco routers but until now i was not able to do this via TFTP.
I discovered that when the "Cisco Systems, Inc. VPN Service" is started , TFTP requests are blocked.
Is this a bug in the vpn software or a setting that needs to be changed
