Cisco Call Back

Greetings,

I'm having problems with the Cisco Call Back.
When I place a call to the phone "A" and this is busy, I press the button CallBack.
When the phone "A" is free, I get the tone of the Call Back, but when I press the button to redial, I get a message on the phone display that the service is unavailable.
Someone has seen something similar?
