ATA VG224 FAX issue

Hi,

We are facing problem in Sending Faxes across the fast start enabled ICT trunk. This happens only beween ATA and VG224 faxes. It works fine if we change it to vg248 instead of VG224. We are using Fax Passthrough since ATA support only Passthrough.

FAX MACHINE- ATA -- CUCM ---- ICT (FAST START ENABED)- CUCM-VG224- FAX MACHINE.

If any one of you have a solution for the above problem please let me know.

Hi,

Let us troubleshoot this togother, as discussed, we don't have any intercompatibility issues with ATA and VG224, the only differnce is the Codec over the ICT.
