I am looking to deploy IOS code to a couple of 3560's and I want to know how long does the software deployment normally takes.
It's been a while since I used this feature in Ciscoworks.
I also want to know is the command set "snmp-server system-shutdown" needed for LMS to reboot the switches after Software deployment?
Thanks in advance.

It really depends. There are a lot of factors invlovled in a SWIM upgrade (e.g. network latency, image size, protocol used to deploy, etc.). In general, take the time a manual upgrade would take, and add 20%. Yes, "snmp-server system-shutdown" is still required for a reboot.
