new aa_sbcs_v03.aef in 8.0.1 package, what's different?

I see this referenced in the release notes and know it's not supported by the CCA GUI yet, but i can tell it's quite a bit larger file than v02. Wondering if someone can tell us what its enhancements are?

The release notes in the 8.0.1 Software pack should have the necessary details. One of the big additions is the ability to automatically route to an arbitrary extension if no AA input is detected.
