I have 7.1.3 Unity system and the problem I am having is when an external caller goes to voicemail they are allowed to talk for exactly 60 seconds then the call will drop, no warning, or nothing. Internal users calling between each other can leave over 5 minutes of VM. We have checked and made sure its not a storage issue and have opened a case with TAC and they have verified the gateway is configured correctly but still haven't 100% come up with what could be wrong.
Any suggestions?

Yea that was the first thing Cisco TAC had me do. No luck.
