GigabitEthernet0/2 failed POST.

Please help me to fix this problem and what will caused this problem.

Anyway, I really appreciate for your kindness help.

Hope to response soon

I hope you have a valid Service Contract because it's RMA time.

Dear All,

Thanks so much for the kindly reply. I already check the the "Message and Recovery Procedures" but they suggest to go to the "output interpreter tool" to get the answer. Unfortunately I don't have enough privilege to access this page. Anyway, really appreciate your help.

Don't bother.  POST stands for Power On Self Test.  If you have a POST failure it means that a component has failed.

Just continue to access internal devices and  check the Cisco Catalyst  switch (using the "show logging" command, then check logs like these below:
SW1>show logg
Syslog logging: enabled (0 messages dropped, 156 messages rate-limited, 0 flushes, 0 overruns)
    Console logging: disabled
    Monitor logging: disabled
Buffer logging: level debugging, 21703 messages logged
    Exception Logging: size (4096 bytes)
    File logging: disabled
Trap logging: level notifications, 24273 message lines logged
