LMS 3.1can't unsubsribe oldserver at Collector Status

Tools------- Syslog---- Syslog Collector Status ---- has oldserver at Collector Status and can't unsubsribe it

with error

SLCA0135: svctag-h935b2j could not be unsubscribed.
Check whether the Collector is running.( still not solved)

Shutdown Daemon Manager, then delete NMSROOT/MDC/tomcat/webapps/rme/WEB-INF/classes/com/cisco/nm/rmeng/sa/data/collectors.dat and NMSROOT/MDC/tomcat/webapps/rme/WEB-INF/classes/com/cisco/nm/rmeng/csc/data/filters.dat.  Then restart Daemon Manager, and the old Collector should be gone.  You may need to resubscribe the current hostname, though.
