UCCX Custom Report, Crystal Report datasource issue.

Unanswered Question
Mar 3rd, 2010

I recently developed some custom reports for a client and had the unfortunate mistake of following the official guide for their creation. As a result, my reports are rendered useless outside of my development workstation. I opened up the standard reports, determined the datasources and commands I needed to make mine work, changed them over (see screenshot attached) but they still result in error 5022 in Historical Reporting Client.

I would like to know if anyone has any suggestions before I redo the entire reports from scratch to make them work properly.

UCCX 7.0(1)SR5

Looks like we had the same solution, unfortunately for me it doesn't

seem to work after changing it over.

If you want to send me the report/procedure I can probably fix it for you.

Sure, where would be a good place to send it?

Oops, the CR Datastore is from the new report and works properly. The screen shot picture shows the 'fixed' report (also mirrors what you had posted) but still results in an error.

I'd really appreciate some insight you have in regards to this.
