IP phone stops after switch port moved to unauthnticated VLAN

after reconfugure the switch port to data vlan (unauthenticated) with a voice vlan trusted vlan , the ip phone disconnectect with sh mac add int ,gets the mac address from the unauthenticated vlan.

Too little detail of the setup here, but assuming this is OOB setup with IP phones and PCs plugged in behind them?

If so, ensure you have the MAC addresses of the phone in the ignore filter list on the CAM.

If this is not the case, please post more details on what we're talking about here.

sorry for little details.

the ip phone model 7912 and i found what i need that to change the enable vlan feature but on that model i didn't find away other that the manually one , if you know one other form callmanager or webpage , also i will transfer the question to voice specialist.
