Currently I have a CallManager 7 with an mgcp gateway through an E1 frame. The problem I have is that I can't receive calls from the PSTN, I get the error: Unallocated/unassigned number

The ip phone is registered and it is possible to call PSTN

Hi

This is almost certainly a CSS/partition issue.

Calls are coming in to 1002, so I would use DNA (https://ccm-ip/dna once you have the service activated) to validate what will happen when 1002 is dialled with the CSS you have assigned to the gateway.

Aaron, the CSS and partitions are OK, I configured to H323 gateway and I developed tests ok, then I reconfigured to MGCP and the problem mas fixed, I do not know what have happened.

Thanks for your response
