What can you do with CRM Connector for MS Dynamics CRM

I have begun looking at integrating our Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Can anyone quickly summarize what things you can do when you integrate the two with the Cisco Unified CRM Connector for Microsoft Dynamics CRM? I know that you can pop screens within MS Dynamics, but I'd like to find out what else you can do with the CRM connector. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.
