Hi all,

I am new in the cme world.

I am trying to set a lab enviroment and i want to use and S0 from my pbx (Alcatel omnipcx) to simulate call between my extension and some ip phone.

this is my BRI config,

interface BRI0/2/0
no ip address
isdn switch-type basic-net3
isdn overlap-receiving
isdn incoming-voice voice
isdn static-tei 0
end
voice translation-rule 1

and when i call from my alcatel extension (397) to the S0 extension (136) i can view this on the cme.

In other words, what is the problem ?

Ok, this is the scenario

Alcatel phone ext. 397 -----------> ALCATELPBX <--------- S0 ext. 136 ---------> CME <------------IP Phone

Then, when i dial 136 from 397 the IP Phone rings, but it seems like the comunication is only i one direcction because i hang up but alcatel extension still dial and i dont hear anything.

I think thats is a mismatch with the ISDN protocol in both sides but i dont know how can i trace it.

Take "debug isdn q931" and "term mon" when doing the above.

Post it here, do not enable other debugs, do not use attachments.

The debug.
