Regarding CRA on Call Manager 4.1

We want to know regarding CRA (ver 3.5) in Call Manager 4.1

We have configured CRA step by step as per document.

Now we want to know how we can start using it.

We have configured CTI route point with 5000 ( unused extension No)

We have configured CTI port with 5001 ( unused extension No)

Now how to operate this functionality.

We have tried with dialing both numbers ( 5000 and 5001)

In Cisco Script Application Tab we have given operextn as 5001 ( which no should be given pls guide)

Pls guide us on which number should be dialed and how we can achieve IVR type setup.
