Hello,
I have an issue with my 7.1.3 ip services url. I upgraded from CCM4.1.3 to CUCM7.1.3 and my directory url button is not working. Is there a change that I need to make to the url location?
Thanks for any help

Hi
I've seen a few upgrades where these settings stay at slightly customised ones applicable for 4.x systems. I think if it recognizes them as non-default, then it doesn't always set the new defaults.
Other times you have a custom Services URL pointing at a third party server, which in turn references the real CCM services URL - that third party server would need updating to the new URL.
Directories should be
http://
Services:
http://

Did you mean "directory button" (with the phone book icon) or "service button" (with the globe icon)?
If it's the directory button, you want to check System > Enterprise Parameters > URL Directory.
If its the service button, it has been changed on 7.1.3. Go to http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/rel_notes/7_1_3/cucm-rel_notes-713b.html and search for "Installation/Upgrade (Migration) Considerations"
Hope this helps!

In 7.1 the Corporate Directory is actually handled differently than in previous versions. The Enterprise Parameter URL is no longer used by default. Though, you can configure the entire system to use the URL or you can configure individual phones to use the URL. I wrote a blog about deleting Corporate Directory that actually gives details on how this "new" behavior is instituted and how you can manage devices to interact with the new feature. I am guessing that you are using a custom Corp Directory application and this is where you are running into some issues. Take a look at the following. Again the premise of the blog was about disabling Corp Directory but I think you may get some ideas on how to solve your issue.

HTH.

Thanks guys, I was able to modify the url by adding the :8080 port designation. Thanks Aaron for that suggestion.
