RV082 VPN Tunnel Connected but no traffic

I have a weird problem that maybe someone can help me out with.  This is the scenario.

I have a three location setup.

Location A:

RV042

Static T1

192.168.10.x network scheme

Location B:

RV082

PPPoE DSL

10.0.1.x network scheme

Location C:

RV082

Dynamic Cable Modem

10.0.0.x network scheme

I have gateway to gateway vpn tunnels built between:

A+B

A+C

B+C

All of the gateway to gateway vpn tunnels are connected and they stay connected.  I can ping and transfer files between A+B and A+C without a problem.  I can't ping or transfer files between B+C.  I can ping resources at B from the diagnostics in the router at C and vice versa, but not from the workstations.

Any ideas what I should look at first?

At the glance,

First, what are your netmasks for those networks? I suppose they are 255.255.255.0.

Second, check your Remote Security Group and Local Security Group on B and C for their tunnel. Maybe permutation?

Third, check Routing table (Setup->More->Advanced Routing then at the bottom Show Routing Table).

Should be something like - on B:

10.0.0.0255.255.255.0GW for B10ipsec0

and on C:

10.0.1.0255.255.255.0GW  for C10ipsec0
