Solved: How to reset password

I got this router from a friend who has no idea about password. I try to learn cisco router but I got stuck due to password.

Could someone show me how to reset password on this router. See attached file.

Thanks Jon. It worked. However, I have to use CTRL + BREAK and using 0x2142 in my case.
