Placement of CTMS

We have two locations lets say A & B, for which the end-to-end delay is about 150 ms. If A has two endpoints (say A1, A2) and in B another two (B1, B2), and if we were to try a multipoint call between  3 of the endpoints, it seems that it is not possible to achive the recommended end-to-end latency of <200ms for all the call legs of the multipoint call, since

If the CTMS is placed at site B,  then A1 to A2  latency will be 150+10+150

if the CTMS is placed at site A,  then B1 to B2 latency will be 150+10+150

Is there a solution for this ?

For MP meetings the latency measured by each participant CTS is only a measuremen of the latency from CTMS to that EP

Its possible for the end-to end latency from one CTS through the CTMS to another CTS to exceed 250 ms as n your case but CTS wont realize, CTMS is the only device that is aware of this end-to-end latency.

When we have the MP Call, audio and video RTP packets timestamps s re-written by CTMS therefore the latency meausred by each particpant. Os its possible that end-to-end latency exceeds, but TP system will never realize so its ok.
