We have a UC520 and want to setup an extension for inbound customer emergency phone calls with the following actions/behaviour:
Customer calls in and dials extension 456
System tells him to "Please hold on while we ty to reach a technician"
The system them dials the tech support hunt group, if no one answers, it then
Dials another extension, if no answer there, then it
Dials an external number (mobile), if no answer there,
Then it sends the caller back to Voice mail in extension 456, and then extension 456 pages a technician.
