2 second pause after dialing

We are looking to add a 2 second pause after someone dials 911 to give the dialer a chance to enter in another number or to hang up before it calls out. Can that be done just to 911 or does it have to be applied to everything that's dialed?  If so, where would I look in Callmanager 6.x to do this?

Have a look at this related thread that talks about leveraging

the Inter Digit Timeout (T302 timer) and unchecking the "route

with urgent priority" checkbox to engage a 5 second pause. two

seconds will probably not be enough for most users
