7940 Sip Configuration help for ENTAnet UK

Hi

Can anybody help me I'm trying to configure a standalone 7940 SIP :-

I have put in all the credentials supplied by entanet when I dial out I get a "We are unable to connect this call please contact customer services" message from enta.

The phone is connected through a cisco 1720 router which currently has no access control or firewall. In the network configuration (phone) it has registered an IP address and also with the DNS server of the ISP - Zen internet

I have contacted Enta tech support but the guys seem to be fresh out of college and the word cisco seems alien to them.....

Does anybody have a generic config file they can send me?
