Hi all,
I have operation manager server 2.0.3.It discovered 5035 out of 5969 ip phones i have in my ip telephony network.
I added all CUCM servers to it ,also all access switches on my network but still have the same problem.
Where is the problem?
Any ideas?

Question: How many phones does CUCM RTMT find?
It is unclear if you may have remote sites in SRST, data switches that are unavailable or non-CDP enabled, etc.
Thanks,
Alex

All my ip phones are centralized at HQ,no branshes.I have 5969 ip phones registered to my CUCM cluster.
I checked for reachability for the switches plus CDP is enabled on all my switches.
Any ideas?

Am assuming that you have sufficient CUOM licenses - can you verify that all are listed in CUOM licenses?
Are the "un-reported" phones all one type, or one gateway or some other shared characterisic?
If you delete some "reported" phones, and re-run discovery, do you see some previously "un-reported" phones?
