SIP Trunk

Dear all,

My cucm has a SIP trunk to Audiocodes in another city. The Audiocodes connect to PBX via FXO port. There is a ip phone configured with call forward no answer to a cellphone number. When that ip phone is called from another ip phone, call forward no answer works. But when that ip phone is called from analog phone behind Audiocodes, call forward no answer doesn't work.

Does anybody have any idea about this issue?

Hi

It could be one of many things.. but likely issues are:

1) Problem routing between endpoints at Audiocodes and your voice gateways used when the call is forwarding

2) Some SIP interop issue related to forwarding

It might be worth trying to force an MTP on the SIP trunk config...
